The upheaval of LegalTechs

Will LegalTechs change the world's legal systems? At least that's the subject of a Forbes article published this week.

In essence, the article expresses the importance for these law startups to respect the specificities of the legal systems in which they operate. It also highlights the enormous difference and progress made by countries such as the United States and China in this area, with the risk of seeing these foreign players establish themselves in our countries in force.

We obviously agree that the local specificities of judicial systems are key, and at Legal Finder, we are committed to respecting them. Nevertheless, we also agree with this article on the importance of recognizing the fact that we live in an internationalized world, and if the local context does not favor the development of national players, there is a great risk that foreign companies will come and impose their services. We therefore welcome (once again) the creation of the French Legal Tech in this sense and hope to see similar initiatives in Luxembourg soon.
