Most judicial deadlines suspended

Still with a view to combating the spread of COVID-19, a new Grand-Ducal regulation has just suspended most of the judicial delays. This concerns several administrative and legal steps, so as not to prejudice the rights of the litigants during the period of containment.

However, a major gap is the time limits for dismissal, in particular the one-month period for the employer to provide the reasons for the dismissal.
