LegalTechs gain maturity

French LegalTech gains maturity. The title of this article of Maddyness summarizes the situation very well. Since three years that the French market has really started in this field, the number of LegalTechs is beginning to stabilize, and some "heavyweights" are emerging. More often than not, they are highlighted by significant fundraising.

This is often the normal evolution for a new market: it starts, many players are created, then through a series of balance sheet filings, buy-outs and development, the players crystallize to form larger companies, ready to go international. We hope that the Luxembourg market will experience a similar development before foreign players come to set up shop there, so that local players can keep an active part in it.
