Legal Finder is proud to announce the launch of its new feature for submitting files to all lawyers in the relevant legal field. Indeed, 4 months after our launch, we have taken into account the feedback from our clients and lawyers to come up with this new feature.

Description

Rather than placing a request for an appointment for only one lawyer, who may be absent at the time of the request for example, the client may submit his/her request to all the lawyers registered on our website in the relevant legal field. The client is then informed as soon as a lawyer is interested in handling his/her case, and he/she can choose from among those interested.

How does it work?

For our clients, it works as before: you search according to your problem and your search criteria. You have the possibility to submit your case to all the lawyers by clicking on the corresponding button. You fill in the same information as for a request for a direct appointment. Then you will receive by email the names of the lawyers who are interested in your file and you can choose the one that suits you best in one click.

For our lawyers, you will receive an email notification when a file is submitted on the website, just like for a request for a direct appointment. You can also find "collective" requests under the Requests tab in your personal space. You can then indicate that you are interested in this file or that you are not interested. When you indicate that you are interested, the client is informed. He can then choose you or wait for another lawyer to express his interest. If the client accepts you, the request for an appointment is confirmed and appears in the Appointment tab of your lawyer personal space. The request is only billed when the client chooses you. No other lawyer can be chosen once the client has accepted a lawyer.

What's the interest ?

This feature allows the client to find a lawyer faster. It avoids wasting time unlike an individual request that can be rejected. It is also beneficial for people who primarily want to find a lawyer quickly, without predefined search criteria.

At the same time, this feature promotes all of our lawyers, especially those who are available quickly. Each lawyer has the opportunity to be selected on these types of requests, not just one.
