200 booking requests

At the beginning of August, Legal Finder passed the 10,000 unique visitors threshold. Less than three weeks later, the LegalTech has reached a new milestone: 200 booking requests with a lawyer on its website.

Matthieu Sarrazin, CEO of Legal Finder, explains: "It is a real success for our startup to have registered 200 booking requests. It took us 9 months to wait for the first 100. It took a little less than 5 more months to complete the second hundred. This shows on the one hand that our concept is working, and on the other hand that the traction achieved by our services is increasing."

If the lockdown had put a stop to Legal Finder, as to many other companies, it did not prevent a rapid recovery from May. "Since the end of the lockdown, we have more than one booking request every two days, almost one per day", explains Matthieu Sarrazin. "Our startup wants to help people to access justice and find a lawyer in Luxembourg. I think this figure represents the biggest reward we could hope for. At the same time, we want to support lawyers in their activities, and I think it also shows how Legal Finder can be a partner of choice for lawyers who want to open up to a new source of clients."

However, there's no way the young startup will get carried away. "We're very proud of the thresholds we reach, day after day, but that's not an end in itself. The fact that we've been able to help so many people in their search for a lawyer means that we now have enough perspective and experience to improve our services. That is what we will be focusing on even more in the coming weeks. Starting with the implementation of an improved booking request system which should be online from September", concludes the CEO of Legal Finder.
